Our first half of January

We have been having a great begining to the new year. Everything has slowed down and we have been do a lot together as a family. Mike and I have gotten a chance to have some adult time. Something that has done our family a lot of good. The kids have adjusted to spending a lot of time in the house. We have been very creative in our activities, rotated toys like crazy and we have had a lot of PJ days with movies. Hope everyone else is enjoying the new year and staying warm in this crazy weather.

This weekend we took a trip to St. Louis to hang out. It ended up being Winter Warm-up weekend so Mike got to enjoy that. We took the kids to the Magic House. They loved it! We enjoyed cooking meals at the apt. and turning off all the lights so we could watching all the cars and city lights. It was a relaxing and enjoyable family weekend. Thank you to mom and dad for a place to stay and to Uncle Steves for watching the girls. The kids had a great time playing with you when we got back.
